Fresh



Summer! Fresh foods!

At our table over the 4th of July holiday...

French lentil salad (lentils, parsley, chives, baby spinach, carrot greens, shallots) topped with grilled whole carrots and Horseradish Greek yogurt sauce.

Raw Kale and Swiss Chard Salad.

This with some left over Swiss chard.

Watermelon and Ginger limeade.

So, so very good!
